We stand behind the quality of our work. All windshield replacement services are backed by a lifetime warranty on both parts and labor. Chip repairs carry a 90-day guarantee against the spread of damage from the original repair site.
2. Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers:
- Defects in replacement parts provided by our suppliers
- Workmanship issues related to our installation process
- Water leaks resulting from improper installation
- For chip repairs: spread of damage from the original repair site
3. What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- New damage from road debris, accidents, or vandalism
- Damage caused by third-party repairs
- Issues related to pre-existing vehicle damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from misuse or neglect
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally, since services are performed to completion and satisfaction is verified before payment, we do not offer refunds for services that have been completed properly. If you have concerns about the quality of service, please contact us immediately to discuss resolution options.
5. Insurance Claims
For services paid through insurance, refund requests are subject to the terms of your insurance policy. We work directly with insurance companies and follow their guidelines for billing and adjustments.
6. Deposit and Cancellation
Deposits for scheduled services are non-refundable within 24 hours of the appointment time. If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, your deposit can be applied to a future service or refunded.
