Windshield Services
How long does windshield replacement take?
+
Most windshield replacements are completed in 2 hours or less. The actual installation typically takes 60-90 minutes, with additional time for setup and quality inspection. If your vehicle requires ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) calibration after replacement, please allow an additional 30-60 minutes.
When should I replace a windshield instead of repairing it?
+
Replacement is typically necessary when: the crack is longer than 6 inches, damage reaches the edge of the windshield, there are multiple cracks from one impact point, the damage is in the driver's direct line of sight, or the damage compromises the structural integrity of the glass. We can assess your situation and recommend the best solution.
What is ADAS calibration and why do I need it?
+
ADAS calibration is the process of resetting and recalibrating cameras and sensors mounted on the windshield after replacement. Modern vehicles use these systems for lane departure warnings, automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, and other safety features. Without proper calibration, these features may not work correctly. We include calibration in all our windshield replacement services.
Chip & Crack Repair
How much does chip repair cost?
+
Our chip repair services start at $65 for standard damage up to 1 inch in diameter. Large chip repairs (1-2 inches) are $99, and complex break patterns like bullseyes or star breaks are $129. Most insurance policies cover windshield repair with no deductible, making it often free for you.
How long does chip repair take?
+
Most chip repairs are completed in 20-30 minutes. The process involves cleaning the damage, injecting resin, curing with UV light, and polishing the surface. You can often wait in your vehicle or our comfortable waiting area while the repair cures.
Will the repair be visible?
+
Most repairs result in a faint swirl or small mark that's barely noticeable from the outside. The visibility depends on the size, type, and location of the damage. Simple chips often become nearly invisible, while complex breaks may show slight refraction. We always aim for the best possible cosmetic result.
Insurance & Payment
Do you work with insurance companies?
+
Yes, we work with all major insurance companies. In many cases, windshield repair is fully covered with no deductible. Replacement coverage varies by policy but often has a minimal deductible. We handle the insurance paperwork and can communicate directly with your provider on your behalf.
What payment methods do you accept?
+
We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and financing through our partners. We also accept direct payment from insurance companies. For out-of-pocket payments, we offer a 5% discount for cash payments.
Is there a warranty on your work?
+
Yes, we provide a lifetime warranty on both parts and labor for windshield replacement. For repairs, we offer a 90-day guarantee that if the damage spreads from the original repair site due to our work, we'll replace the windshield at no charge. Regular wear and new damage from road debris is not covered under warranty.

How do I schedule an appointment?
+

+
